What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website, www.tour-manager.com, which is run by Fern Ridge Software, LLC of 252 Fern Street, West Hartford, CT 06119, United States. By using the website you agree to them.
They do not cover Tour Manager itself. Using the Tour Manager software is governed by a separate agreement between us and each golf tour operator. When you log in to your team's Tour Manager address, that agreement applies, not this page.

You may read the website, link to it and share what it says. You may use the contact form to ask us about Tour Manager or to book a demo.
What you may not do
- Copy the Tour Manager name, logo, screenshots or wording to suggest that something else is Tour Manager, or that we endorse it.
- Use scripts or automated tools to send the contact form, or send anything through it that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to Tour Manager.
- Try to interfere with the website, the contact form or the systems behind them.
Our content
The text, design, images and the Tour Manager name and logo on this website belong to us. You may quote the website with a link back to it. Anything more needs our written permission.
What the website is, and is not
The website describes Tour Manager as it is today. We change the software, and we may change the website and these terms at any time; the date at the top of this page tells you when the terms last changed. Nothing on the website is an offer or a guarantee of any feature, price or outcome. What we agree with an operator is set out in that operator's agreement with us.
We provide the website as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always reachable.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not let us limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, and any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of Connecticut. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country, these terms do not take that right away.
Privacy
How this website handles your information is set out in our privacy policy.
